Terms of use

These terms cover aikissvideo.net, the AiKiss Video studio. By using the site you agree to them. They are plain-language product terms, not a substitute for legal advice about your own photos.

The studio

The studio lets you set up a short kiss from a couple photo or two portraits and play an on-device preview. Prices are listed on the pricing page. An AI Kiss clip is one 5-second silent 720P MP4 with no watermark, at $1.49, charged once. A Burning Bridges clip is one 20-second video at $9.99, charged once before it is made. There is no subscription. Checkout opens in a new tab and is processed by Waffo. We can change, pause, or remove the studio.

Your photos

You need the right to use every photo you add. Both people must be adults, and both must have agreed to be in the video. You are responsible for that confirmation. The preview stays on your device. Making the clip sends one frame to Wan. A clip Wan will not accept is refused with no charge, and it does not use a free preview. This browser gets two free previews. $1.49 is the full-size kiss file. From the third kiss clip, payment comes before the clip is made. The Burning Bridges clip is separate: $9.99 is charged before that clip is made, and it is not one of the two free previews.

Not allowed

Do not use the studio to:

• Make a clip of anyone under 18.
• Make a clip of an adult who did not agree.
• Harass, extort, or impersonate someone.
• Create sexual content.

Likeness and refunds

A preview is your own photo in a frame. The Wan file may not match the photo perfectly. We do not promise a particular likeness or a particular render time. Public figures and other clips Wan refuses are stopped before checkout. If Wan fails after a successful payment, we request a refund of that charge. If it does not appear, email [email protected].

The site

The name AiKiss Video, the page design, and the text on this site are ours. Your photos stay yours. You may not copy the site and present it as your own product.

Liability

The studio is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for how you use a clip, or for a result that does not match what you expected. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
